I know I have a leak in my main water line somewhere under my yard from the water main in the street to my house (because when I turn off the water to the house itself, the water meter still spins). The plumber wants to dig up my entire yard with a backhoe and charge me thousands of dollars to find the darn leak. That strikes me as using a rocket when a BB gun would do as well. Isn’t there any simpler, less expensive way of finding a leak ?

There is a crazy douche bag that lives down the road from us who has been digging his entire yard up (front and back on about a 1.5 acre lot) for about the past 2 months. First, his backhoe he uses to ruin his yard has slung dirt, debris, and rocks all in the public road (leaving me and my mother with flat tires). My next door neighbor tried to talk to the man about leaving all of the stuff in the road but the man cussed him out and told him to leave. The following day he went to my next door neighbors business and caused a scene until finally he threatened to call the cops. This insane guy is a nuisance to everyone. The backhoe has broken down in the middle of our road about 4 times blocking people and then he just sits in it like a stupid retard and doesn’t try to tell anyone what’s going on. Then, he has dug up his neighbors utilities: water line, electricity, internet, and phones. He constantly accuses everyone of speeding down the road and told me to “kiss his ass.” We have called the police and have visited city hall on numerous occassions trying to find a way to get him to move, but he will not stop. Can anyone please help me before I go apes***t on his fat a$$?? (I forgot to mention THE DOUCHE IS ON HIS 11TH MARRIAGE!!!)
